Increasing engagement with Spiritual Intelligence improves bottom line

Noelene Kelly
Transformational Coach in Sydney, Australia

In coaching hundreds of Executives over the past 15 years, I have experienced a real evolution in business workplaces.

My involvement has been primarily with the public sector but also with the private sector.

I witnessed that it took some years for Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to become part and parcel of human development initiatives and programs. Now I have been delighted to witness Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) gaining more and more traction. While developing EQ
enhances performance and team work greatly, the more holistic approach that SQ offers enhances the kind of wisdom that is essential to perform well amid the radical transition business faces in our time.

It has been my passion to play my part in introducing SQ with other pioneers and with the Spiritual Leadership and Management group.

Many leaders that I have worked with find that when they operate more from their CORE power rather than from the ego they achieve far better outcomes.  And transforming ego is one of the hallmarks of SQ.

Also, working with multiple Intelligence quotients e.g. IQ, EQ and SQ can significantly increase the bottom line. Why? Because to succeed now demands we draw on the depth and range of human capacity. Engaging with SQ reliably opens the door to these deeper capacities and skills such as being fully present to where trends are heading; and activating the kind of intuition that anticipates the next wave of change.

I invite you watch Cindy Wigglesworth’s TEDx talk The Roadmap to Nobility where she
Highlights in 13 minutes the key skills of Spiritual Intelligence:
